Sugar has always been my Achilles' heel in striving towards my wellness goals. Inspired by this ongoing struggle, I visually explore my tumultuous relationship with sugar through the lens of yin and yang. The yin represents the rebellious temptation of holiday desserts—a seductive indulgence that often beckons "forget being healthy." In contrast, the yang symbolizes fall and winter fruits, naturally empowering the body and mind, urging a return to balance and vitality.
